Staycation at Azalea Residences Baguio

Friday, April 15, 2016

Summer has finally begun here in the Philippines and one the firsts vacayy I had was our staycation at Azalea Residences in Baguio City. As we all know, Baguio is the perfect place to spend your summer days because of its cold weather. Yes, I know what you're thinking, I just went there last month... but here I am sharing to you my Baguio getaway, 2.0. Hehe! I just love the road trip and the weather plus the activities that I did during those trips. But for now, let me share to you my staycation experience at Azalea.
My friends and I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment suite which is good for 6 persons because the sofa in the living room area is also convertible into a double-sized bed. We're just 3 in the room and it was so big for us. It was on the first floor so we didn't have any hassle whenever we're going outside. It was just 15 steps to the lobby.

I am proud to tell you that we had a great experience staying at Azalea for the 3 days and 2 nights Baguio 2.0 getaway. It is a perfect place for family staycations and loved ones. The room is clean and organize. Everything you will need is there especially the complete set of toiletries, if you're going to cook - the kitchenware and utensils are available upon request.

Although there are so many restaurants to try in Baguio, you should also try to eat at Tradisyon Coffee shop because they are serving great food at Tradisyon and please do not forget to try their hot chocolate drink, it's one of the best -  not the typical 'milo' chocolate drink.

The hotel's location is very strategic wherein it lies in the heart of Baguio City, across to Teachers Camp. A 10-15 minute walk going to Session Road and SM Baguio. It is also very near to The Camp where you can party or chill and drink with friends and mingle with the locals.

And the most important thing, their staffs are very courteous and easy to talk with. If you have any questions or clarifications, just ask them anytime. Plus you can also ask them where to go around the city, they surely know where the best spots to visit.

  2. I have seen this on some blogs and think Azalea could make for a nice place to stay at when visiting Baguio. I suppose it depends on who I am with as personally, I do prefer accomodations with access to a balcony, while some would prefer another thing. As for food, I agree with you, there are really a lot of places to eat.

  6. It certainly looks like a nice place to stay, a fully functional kitchen is an add on. The price is a bit on the upper mid-range, so barkadas of 6 may find this place value adding though - Sonnie

  8. Reviews like these make me want to go to check out the weather in Baguio more. With this hot weather, I'd welcome a change of atmosphere and visit there. I would also love to try out Tradisyon Coffee Shop. Do they have special coffees made there?
